FOUNDER + DESIGN PRINCIPAL
From a young age, Caitlin found equal joy in the creativity of art and the logic of math — a blend that allowed her to naturally exercise both sides of her brain. As a student, she thrived in sketching and painting, earning recognition for her artwork, while also excelling academically in math.
Frequent moves to new states and homes during her childhood further deepened her curiosity and appreciation for diverse ways of living. Adapting to ever-changing environments sparked a fascination with how spaces function and the ways design can influence daily life.
Together, these skills and experiences inspired Caitlin’s pursuit of architecture and design — a field where creativity and problem-solving come together to shape meaningful spaces..
Her education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture and a Business Minor from Indiana University, which has equipped her with both the creative vision and strategic expertise to deliver purposeful, functional design.
With more than a decade of experience in retail, commercial, and luxury residential design, along with sales and project management, Caitlin brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. She believes success is built upon continual learning and personal growth.
Caitlin draws inspiration from traveling and experiencing new cultures, observing fashion and emerging trends, and finding beauty in nature and everyday surroundings. She values building meaningful connections with people—listening with empathy, giving back through volunteering, and nurturing both personal and professional relationships. These interests continually fuel her creativity and guide her work.
